It may be a bit surprising but it seems that some automotive OEMs are still using old Catia V5 R19 (not R2019) and it so happens that I have the dubious pleasure of working in such environment right now. Hence, I need some help.

The lack of Dynamic Sectioning toolbar in PartDesign drives me nuts, but it does ring a bell that over decade ago there was a way to turn it on, by setting some proper environment variable. Something akin to CATDynamicSectioning = 1, or whatnot (probably, but it's also possible that I'm merely imagining this in my head and being mistaken). Does someone here maybe remembers which environment variable turns on Dynamic Sectioning toolbar, if any?
