CATIA V5 Purchase disappeared on log in failure

I bought the CATIA V5 software and downloaded the zipfile on the night of Tuesday the 26th of November at around 10:15PM British time. But the next time i tried to log in using the same email id to generate the license and look at how to install, it refused to let me login. Then i spoke to the 3DExprience team which made me register. So i went through the exact same process that i had gone through
