I have a question about creating keyboard shortcuts for modeling features inside Catia V5 PLM Express P1.

When I assign shortcut key german character Ö (o with diaeresis) by selecting Tools/Customize/Commands/Command Properties/Accelerator/Other-->Odiaeresis), then shortcut doesn't work. What should I do, to make this shortcut work?
