I have installed the Catia V5 App and Catia V5 is not running!

It comes an error message: Unable to retrieve Catia V5 Application.Please verify Catia V5 is correctly installed. I have Catia V5 installed as a native app.

Do you have any idea why Catia V5 is not running?
