I would like to recommend to my students at Bucharest Faculty of Aerospace Engineering the offer below, but I saw that Romania is not included on the list of the countries. That means they cannot access this offer? Why? Everybody can make an online payment in any EU country....still, is it possible to access this offer even if the country is not on that list?
