CATIA Nvidia RTX graphics slow performances after install Hot Fix 1 10 and 1 11

Hi.

After installation of HotFix 1.10 noticed very slow 3D graphics performances. installation HotFix 1.11 have not fix it.
Earlier was the 3D graphics performances on NVIDIA RTX A4500 Laptop GPU was fantastic, even on very large models in even with Outdoor environment.

I am grateful for any suggestions to solve the problem.
