We have been using Catia Composer Player for several years now for the presentation of some of our products.

On old laptops (2013) with graphics cards Intel HD Graphics 3000 animation of our models are fluid and composing tools are usable.

On our latest models equipped with Intel HD Graphics chipset 520 or 620, we can not use our models in the same way with the Player.We use the latest versions of Intel drivers and Catia Composer Player.

We do not encounter any problems with 3D objects in other software (3D PDF or Autodesk for example)

Have you ever encountered this type of incident? Do you have any suggestions for improvement?
