Hello everyone, I am unable to go forward in my course as none of my Catia applications are opening even after installing the required.

This started when I wanted to open Product Finder, I installed whatever it asked for, and now it shows that the Launcher is opening the application but it doesn't . I am having this problem and I can't proceed further in my course. What should I do??
