Not sure if this is the right forum but looking for some guidance. I am a long time software engineer and helping out a startup. They have a model in CATIA which needs to be exported so that we can send it downstream to the manufacturer. Previously they were exporting this information via .stp files. What they need from the files are the "points", specifically a "trz". In 3ds I don't see a way to export to a .stp file. Regardless the points/trz is the end goal. Can someone direct me to the VBA APIs that would accomplish this? (sorry if I misstated some terminology...)
