Can't use catalog file of CATIA V5 at 3DEXPERIENCE CATIA

I have imported the ISO.catalog file of CATIA V5 in 3DE CATIA to use the CATIA V5 catalog browser at 3DE CATIA.
I changed the maturity of Catalog, Chapter, Part

Even though all the corresponding Catalogs, Chapters, and Parts have been released, I cannot use that.
No other user has ever reserved or locked it.

"Impossible to lock the component family or its internal representation" what does this mean?

 
If I want to use the file(catalog file) with other account, I can't use that catalog file and showed error ("this catalog item refers to a component family element which is not generated yet. This element is being generated by a connected batch that allows to do it under the family owner identity.")

Do you know anything about the error or how to solve the error?
