During the last update it seems the tools have been updated to have a smaller arrow to click for the "hidden" tool functions. 

It now looks like this: 

Where you need to click the small triangle for the other functions to pop up. 

It used to look like this: 

The arrow was a lot larger and easier to click. 

Can this be changed in the user settings?
