The situation:
We have certain files (.CATParts) that are being worked on in CATIA V5. Now for CAM, we would like to use the 3DExperience platform.

Question 1:
Is it possible to link parts or references inside the 3DExperience to a CATIA V5 file so it updates automatically when the CATIA V5 file is edited? (Maybe a designated app?)

Question 2:
Is it possible to not import the whole model, but rather just certain geometries of a CATIA V5 file? (Maybe a designated app or a macro?)
 
I am aware of the import options which let you update a part instead of re-importing. But I am not sure how well this works for a file based system where multiple people are working on lots of files.

If someone has had similar issues and found a solution, or just knows something about this topic, please let me know.
