I am a developer using Cameo.  I need to transfer exported Cameo (.mdzip) files to a secure separate network.  As part of the process I need to ensure the files are free of malware or viruses or trojans (to make sure the files are not faked or tampered with) so I need to scan all files in any zip files etc.  Is there a way to either extract the files from the .mdzip files (possibly getting a detailed list of contents or packing list prior to extraction) scan the files and then rezip them after scanning or verify the .mdzip file has not been tampered with?
