CAITA CAM's Multi-Axis Curve Machining function APT value question

*In the Formatting tab, change the value of Digits after decimal to maximum to 9 and output it.

I understand that if one of the three values (I, J, K) becomes 1, the rest have a value of 0. Am I misunderstanding the concept?
