I'm new to mechanical designer and i'm trying to create a trailer model, the frame with be square tube with c-channel. Previously ive used SOLIDWORKS, in there you have a feature set called weldments to make this easier, basically a 3D sketch of lines for the frame and then choose which line corresponds to which type of beam. What app or role is required to do something similar to this inside of CATIA because i'm having a hard time finding this functionality as i'm going through training for the mechanical designer role.
