Best Practices for Redlining Drawings?

Is anyone using any tools within 3DEXPERIENCE to make the drawing review process easier? Right now our engineers are either modifying drawings with changes made in a different color(red), or marking up drawings in a presentation and then sharing that file. I have considered using 3d Markup or 3d issues to share redlines and track changes, but both of these tools feel a bit cumbersome for the task. It seems like there has to be a better way of checking drawings that isn't just a paperless version of redlining hard copies. I'd love to see a feature like "track changes" from Office products where User A could see User B's proposed changes and accept or reject these suggestions.
