Has anyone ever tried to create a text template label with two link templates that specify the ply and the cut piece?

I have tried in various ways but when the ply has a group of cut pieces there is no link template for the ply that contains the Cut Piece.

If you want to do a Sequence/ply label it is possible by doing: [Ply.Owner]/[Ply.Name] link templates in the "Ply type" but when you try to do it with a cut-piece: [Cut Piece.Owner]/[Cut Piece.Name] the direct node above the Cut Piece (the owner) is the Cut-Piece Group and not the ply.

The top label is on a Cut Piece so you get the Cut Piece Group and the Cut Piece Name.

in the middle label, the links don't work because I'm applying a "ply type" label to a Cut Piece geometry.

The lower one shows the Sequence and the Ply because it is pointing to a Ply geometry.

Am I missing something?
