Hello everyone,

I'm experiencing an issue in CATIA V6 when trying to preview a STEP file using the Preview function. Has anyone faced this problem before or knows how to resolve it?

Actually, I found a workaround by resetting/cleaning my CATIA settings. However, this isn't a practical solution for me because I could lose all of my customized settings.
