Do you happen to know the meaning of the message?
This message occurs when you select the 3DEXP > "CATIA V5" app or if you select "3DEXPERIENCE > CONTACT" on CATIA V5.

This is my first time experiencing this message, can you help me?

It's my first time experiencing an error message, so I have no idea how to correct it. Please let me know if you have any similar experiences.

Env:

- 3DEXP R2023x GA (On-premises)   &  CATIA V5 R33 SP03 HF02

Error MSG: 

Suitable command handler not found for handling the command.

Error :com.dassault_systems.MCADIntegration.server. manager. ENOIEFLoginManager

- Select, 3DEXP > "CATIA V5" app

- Select, "3DEXPERIENCE > CONTACT" on CATIA V5.
