Hi. I have bought 3dconnexion peripherals to use with the 3dexperience Catia v6 software but i am having trouble with the shortcuts as the default program shortcuts are not working and the only workaround is to set up custom key combinations both in the 3dconnexion and 3dexperience software.
From what I've talked with the 3dconnexion support team they say that is not on theirs side and that the Dassault Systèmes is at fault as it is not accepting the program specific commands.
And beside that when i try to contact the 3dexperience support i am hit with pages that lead to nothing and the 3DSupport is not working for some reason.
Has anyone found a solution?
