I am facing issue with opening a specific project in CATIA Magic. I get the below error when I try to open a particular project alone for which I have access. I was able to open other projects.

Sometimes I am stuck at Open project page and CATIA Magic stops responding.

Can someone please suggest what could be the issue here?
