I've been searching to create parameters on web instead of requirement widget. I found out that you can create parameter object first, and then you can connect to a item. However, the button to create parameter on parameters page doesnt show up. ​​​​​​​

Do I need a spesific role or license for creating parameter on collaboration and approvals app?
