I'm currently using the 3DEXPERIENCE 2025x FD03 version on the cloud, and I'm experiencing issues related to Live Render functionality.

I'm trying to generate a turntable render of a product design, but the output resolution is very low and not suitable for presentation or promotional purposes.

I have also attempted to use the Background Render option to potentially get higher-quality output. However, despite multiple trials, all the background rendering jobs remain at 0% progress for hours, with no signs of completion. This leads me to believe that the Background Render service might not be available or functional in the cloud setup.

Could someone from the technical team clarify:

• Whether high-resolution turntable rendering is supported in the cloud version of 3DEXPERIENCE?
• Is there an alternative way to achieve high-quality render exports from Live Render?
• And, is Background Render service active and available in cloud environments for this release?

Any guidance or workaround would be highly appreciated.
