How to move a curve or surface from point A to point B in IDX?

How to lock specific control points of B Surface when moving control points of A Surface in the Sculpt process?

PS:

I add two picture in the post to show my question.
I wish use the IDX function to transform curve or surface and snap control point to another point or control point, maybe also to snap to the surface boundary.😄
