I'm using DiscoveryStudio for conducting FEP calculatinos using CHARMm Relative FEP Calculations(GPU). 

I want to know if it is possible to check the calculation during the process of FEP. I want to know if it is possible to set a log file that allow me to check information (time etc.) during FEP.
