Looking for advice and good selling AEC point.

I recently started my own business and have a background in the Mechanical Industry.
I'm trying to find good arguments for choosing 3Dx AEC over other CAD tools and the 3Dx capabilities that could lead to lead to a paying customer. Maybe all of you could use a good Demo.. I'm willing to share.

  • What are the major pain points in the industry where automation is the way to go..?
  • What is 3Dx's biggest advantages over other CAD tools like Revit and Autocad?

A little bit about me:

Skip if your not interested.. else thank you for taking your time.

For now it's a just a side hustle - so any good leads for 5-10 hours a week would be appreciate. If it turns out to be a good business for me i might consider going full time.

For my background:
I would say i'm above average when it comes to automation. For the last decade i have been working for Grundfos as a Automation specialist. My main project have been a in session configuration tool using knowledgeware(EKL) to instantiate components through ARM Catalog, automatic constraints of all components based on a architecture profile. So yes i know my way around EKL, VBScript, VBA. I also know a little about Python, C# and C++.. but i would say i need experience with these languages.
