I'm using 3DExperience to build a spreadsheet(.xlsx) by EKL, and the sheet would contain some merged cells. I searched the online help documents, but found nothing about merging cells. How can I merge the cells?

Here's the sheet I'd like to generate. The A column has the cells in rows 2 to 4 merged:
