Finally, several new capabilities in the area of formulation visualization, modeling, and optimization will be presented.

What's New in Pipeline Pilot Chemistry

In this talk we will present new features and enhancements added to the Pipeline Pilot Chemistry Collection for release 2016. The enhancements include extension of the support for the HELM format (Pistoia Alliance) to parse XHELM, improved 2D layout of macromolecules created from HELM strings, expanded monomer libraries to improve conversion between HELM and SCSR representation, and integration with the HELM Editor. Other topics that will be covered include new methods added to the PPChem client SDK for reaction enumeration, updated OpenEye libraries for chemical naming, redesigned chemistry sketcher component to avoid applets, and miscellaneous enhancements.
