Purpose: This filter accepts a user-defined minimum ring size and passes molecules that meet this requirement. Molecules that don't have a ring or have smaller rings are sent to the fail port.

Requirements: Pipeline Pilot 6.0 or later, Chemistry Collection

Installation:

1. Unzip the archive.
2. Import the protocol into the Pipeline Pilot client by dragging and dropping it in the white workspace area.
3. Run the protocol.
