Released today, Pipeline Pilot 8.5 Collection Update 1 (CU1) introduces new and enhanced features for the Professional Client and collections including:
- Protocol Comparison: This new feature allows you to compare two protocols, or two versions of a protocol, side by side. You can quickly and easily determine which changes to keep, revert, or continue developing, improving productivity and protocol quality. Watch Protocol Comparison in action (7min video clip)
- Component Collection Enhancements: We continue to build on our leading enterprise platform by introducing a number of enhancements to our Pipeline Pilot component collections. The collections updated in CU1 include:

- Next Generation Sequencing
- Sequence Analysis
