I have an Excel file that contains a text ID column and another column with embedded Chemdraw structures. I am using the Embedded Structure Reader component to extract the structures but I don't know how to associate the ID column with the extracted structure.  I want to be able to extract these live structures AND keep the ID column associated with the structure so when I create an SD file the ID column is included. The Excel file has multiple rows and multiple structures so I can't use the filename as a unique source tag. Any suggestions for keeping the ID column and extracted structure together?
