Purpose: This example protocol screens through the first 50K of the Scitegic provided Asinex and Maybridge-sets using 6 Bayesian active-inactive models (AURKA, ABL, CDC2, EGFR, MAPK14, and SRC) built from IC50 data extracted from the Eidogen-Sertanty Kinase Knowledgebase (KKB). Installation: Drag the *_ALL.xml QSAR models from the appropriate ExcerptModels-6.* folder into the Pipeline Pilot client explorer “LearnedProperties” folder. Drag the protocol into the Pipeline Pilot client workspace, or drag/drop into one of the Pipeline Pilot client explorer tabs to import it directly in the protocol database.
