Seek guidance

Does anyone with expertise know how to use MS to calculate the Potential Of Mean Force? I found a script uploaded in a post titled "Script to calculate the Potential of Mean Force using WHAM and Umbrella Integration" on the community. However, following his tutorial, I was unable to import the script I downloaded. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
