Hello everyone

I created a mixture in amorphous cell, which contained 18 A polymer chains and 2 B polymer chains. My current method is to select all A as Set 1, and then select all B as Set 2, and then use the Force-RDF module to obtain the intermolecular RDF of B-B, but this rdf looks very strange.

I also built a blend containing 14 A polymer chains and 6 B polymer chains. His rdf looks normal.

My question is, is this RDF correct? Is there too little molecular chain type B? How much is appropriate?
