I installed the ms2023.1- Linux version on the CentOS 7.9. During the installation process, there was a password setting for gatewayuser, and I set the password (the firewall function has been turned off and SELinux = disabled).
Then, when I entered http://192.168.137.129(CentOS7 host IP):1888 in the Windows browser, I was able to successfully connect to the ms2023.1- Linux version, which indicates that there is no problem with the gateway being opened. When encountering the prompt of MobaRTE.exe (see Figure 1), I entered the username: gatekeeper (the default gateway management user of the ms2023.1 - Linux version) and the password (the gatekeep password of the ms2023.1 - Linux version), and it showed that the login was successful.
However,When I use the ms2023.1-windows version to connect to the ms2023.1-linux version through the established server gateways, it shows "success" when running diagnostics. However, when I click "Begin Test" (with both "Test communication" and "Run job" checked) in "Test server gateway", the ms2023.1-windows version prompts DSMgr.exe (see Figure 2). I entered the username "gatekeeper" and the password (the gatekeep password of the ms2023.1-linux version), but it prompts a failure. Entering the root account and password of CentOS7.9, or the ms user (msi2023) and password of CentOS7.9 also prompts a failure.
The following questions:
1. Whether the password setting for gatewayuser during the installation of the ms2023 .1-linux version can be cancelled?
2. Why the username and password prompted by DSMgr.exe in Figure 2 are inconsistent with those prompted by MobaRTE.exe in Figure 1?
3.What exactly are the username and password to be entered as prompted by DSMgr.exe in Figure 2?
How to deal with it? Thank you very much.
Figure 1(username:gatekeeper,password:XXX;success!)
Figure2(username:gatekeeper,password:XXX;is the same as figure1 , but failed!)
