Hello,
We compiled the Materials Studio on a server computer to take advantage of computational resources for our simulations. Surprisingly, we realized even after reserving several nodes (each with 45-64 CPUs), the computational resources for our simulation can not spread over more than the CPUs of one node! Can anybody help us with that if that is a restriction with the Materials Studio parallelization coding or if we are missing something here? More clearly, if we are using a server computer with a node structure of 40 cores/node, how can we ask Materials Studio to take, for example, 60 cores for a simulation?
Many thanks,
A
