I want to calculate the mechanical properties of a polymer at different temperatures, above and below the glass transition temperature. How can I do this? should I change the temperature when I am performing the NPT and/or NVT dynamics to my desired temperature and then use the mechanical properties in forcite? does this work? or is there any way to apply the desired temperature while calculating the mechanical properties using forcite?
