Dear all,
I get the following error when I submit a job to a gateway.
"Job failed during launch process, no results generated, no results downloaded, and project results folder has been removed. "
I checked the gateway status and the gateway web page. I do not undertand this error because gateway seems to work properly. How can I solve this problem? I will be appreciate for any help.
