Kinetix: Issue with Modeling Ethanol Oxidation

Hello everyone

I am currently attempting to model ethanol oxidation across a tertnary catalyst. The species that are present in my simulation are ethanol, acetaldehyde, acetyl, acetic acid, CO2, and CH4. I used the Arrhenius expression to describe my processes by using transition state theory to obtain my prefactor and the activation energy was obtained through transition state calculations for each reaction. However, when I am modeling these reactions and view the concentration graph there is zero acetaldehyde and acetic acid ( it's a flat horizontal line at 0 ). The graph only indicates ethanol, acetyl, and CO2 and CH4 concentration. I am very confused as to why this is occuring. Does anyone have any idea as to what may be causing this issue? Thank you for any help you can spare. I really appreciate it
