Dear altruists,

I was trying to do geometry optimisation with 10 percent La dopped  in KTaO3 at the site of K but getting job failed showing insufficient memory. As i am new to materials studio i have a little knowledge in it. Can anyone please tell me what are the reasons behind it and how to eliminate this issue? Any suggestions will be highly appreciated.
