Dear all,
I am working on a DPD simulation of a polymer chain.I have .trj file with 100 frames ,that was obtained after Forcite->Dynamics step.When I run a mesosite simulation of this .trj using a  DPD potential,I get a .xsd file(which is the last frame of forcite run).I wish to obtain all the frames of moesocite run.

Could someone suggest me a possible solution to generate all the frames?i.e A .xtd file instead of the .xsd file that is obtained
