Hello everyone,

I analyzed the radial distribution function of CG beads system(fig.1).

Fig 1.H2O beads are blue and C12H beads are purple.

I got the result which set up the sets (left) : H2O; (right) : C12H (Fig.2).

I got the result which set up the sets (left) : C12H; (right) : H2O (Fig.3).

I think the results should be different because the system had many H2O beads and only one C12H bead. However, I found these two radial distribution functions are the same.

I would like to know what cause the same of distribution.
