We found two errors after the MS job.
1. Polymorph Predictor(4.4)
- After 4 Polymorph Predictor calculations, 2 results could be downloaded from server and 2 results couldn't, randomly. We couldn't find the results in the server machine and we can only watch the error message in the 'Project Log' - File download: no match found for file name ***** and path.
2. Dmol3(5.0)
- After the calculation, we can check the *.outmol file in the Project Explorer. However we cannot see the *.outmol file with error message which shows "can't open the *.outmol in the path". And then click the 'OK' button, the *.outmol disappear in the Project explorer.
We run the linux server which have 80 cores with Sun GE and the O/S is RHEL 4.*
How can we solve these ploblems?
