Are the elastic constants calculated from CASTEP "relaxed" or "unrelaxed"? For instance, in a hexagonal cell,  is the additional nonequivalent atom (the one labled with arrows) relaxed from the position imposed by the homogeneous strain in CASTEP geometry optimization for Cij calculation?
