I was trying to build a cross-linked model of rubber material using the crosslinking script which @JD kindly updated. The bond type is S-C, I built the xinker myself simply using two S atoms and named both S atoms R2. R1 are two carbon atoms on the iso-prene repeat units. However, when I run the script for very low conversion, it always failed and said "Need more xlinkers to achieve specified conversion", I was wondering if there was some mistakes I made? Or this script can't calculate C-S bond? I have posted the structure, hope someone can give me some guidance!
