Dear MS Users,

I want to construct a coarse grain model for a liquid crystals molecule (5CB). It has a Cyanobiphenyl group (In red box in the attached picture).

In Build Mesostructure the only option available is to define radius. As in literature, this Cyanobiphenyl group has to be modeled as ellipsoid/cylinder.

For this purpose I need to define length/width (L/D) ratio.

If MS can do it please somebody help me.  I am using MS 4.3.

If there is any other way to model it?
