Binding Energy vs. Interlayer Distance

Dear all,

I'm attempting to obtain the binding energy of a Pt surface and water as a fucntion of distance. I followed the tutorial .Polymer interactions with a metal oxide surface) and built up the layer. (image 1 attached) The toturial is using a the layer builder to place a molecule on top of the Pr syrface layer and it doesnt say what is the distance between them.

Im aiming to obtain the binding enregy versus distance as depicted in image 2 attached below.

Could you enlighten me on how to lower or raise the distance between the water and surface to obtain such a curve?

I assume this may be achived by increasing the LAyer 1, vacuum distance, uner Buil > Builld LAyres > LAyer Details tab?

Initially I set this value to 0, yet, as you notice in image 1 there's still a significant distance between water and surface, which is clearly not zero.

If you could please comment on this.

Much appreciated.
