How do I reset the CISPro Database Password?

Resetting the CISPro Schema User Database Account

  1. Reset the user password in Oracle. For example as ‘system’ user in sql developer find the CISPro schema owner in the list of database users (the default we user is NBTUSER) and reset the password.

  1. Then, on the application server navigate to the CISPro application directory in windows explorer. Go the ‘Executables’ subdirectory and click on cswconfigux.exe to open the configux utility. On the first tab of configux, the customer tab, there will be an option to set password. Click on this and update the password to match the new Oracle password. Perform an IISRESET on the application server. If there is more than 1 app server this needs to be done on each server.
