CISPro: Why am I unable to change a user's role permissions?


In order to grant a permission for a User Role in CISPro you will need to have these permissions granted on your administrative role first. You can only grant permissions up to the same level that your role has been granted. If you do not have these permissions you will need to have a CISPro Administrator with the adequate permission level to grant the role permissions. If this is not an option, you can contact BIOVIA Support for assistance and we can help make sure all of the required role permission assignments are in alignment.
