A new View or Report will sometimes not show up in the view selector on the left hand side of the CISPro Web Application, it may not be seen in the left hand side View Selector.
This can be resolved by verifying that the appropriate permissions are granted to the View / Report and refreshing the View Selector List.
In the top right hand corner of the View Selector there are three small buttons. The middle button (shown below) is refresh. If this action does not correctly refresh the View Selector then log out of CISPro and clear the browser cache.
Clearing the cache for browsers is slightly different for each browser. For example, in Chrome you can go to Clear Browsing Data (CTRL+SHIFT+DEL), set time range = "All time" tab, check at least "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files" and then click Clear data.
